SOLID 6AI/4V TITANIUM TACTICAL RINGS

THE STRONGEST SCOPE RINGS IN THE WORLD

IMPERVIOUS TO SALTWATER & RUST

For those looking for the ultimate "KICK-ASS AND TAKE NO PRISONERS" strength-to-weight ratio and absolute finest optical equipment available, then we have what you are looking for.

The Ti-MAX™ Rings are manufactured from the same material as the United States Air Force (USAF) SR-71 "Blackbird".  The Titanium alloy that is used in the Ti-MAX™ Rings are 6AI/4V.  It is composed of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium.  Titanium 6AI/4V has a tensile strength of up to 150,000 psi (pounds per square inch), a Brinell hardness exceeding 330, and a melting point over 3,050 degrees Fahrenheit.

Both base and cap of each scope ring is within 2/10,000 of an inch cylindrical roundness, guaranteeing as much as 98% scope tube to ring contact, compared to 40% on normal rings.  The necessity of serializing and lapping scope rings are now obsolete.

The Ti-MAX™ tactical scope rings are manufactured from a solid billet of 6AI/4V Titanium alloy.  The rings and components are manufactured using state-of-the-art Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines.  Each and every part is processed and inspected to ISO 9002 quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

The square cross-bolt and 7/16 hex nut are 304 stainless steel alloy, passivated to ASTM A 967 Type II and finished bead blasted to a matte finish.  The ring body and cap are finished in a bead blast matte finish for a complete matching appearance.  The ring caps are securely fastened to the ring base with (4) four 18-8 stainless steel alloy Camcar-Textron® socket head cap screws.
